Warranty Policy
GALLERY offers lifetime maintenance service for all products, with two options: free maintenance and a fee for materials. For damage caused by human error or outside the company's standard service policy (labor costs waived), only the corresponding material costs need to be paid; for damage within the standard service policy, it is completely free.
Free Shipping
The production cycle for customized products is 45-60 days, and the transportation cycle is generally 7-15 days. The specific time is subject to the agreement between the customer and the supplier.

Warranty Coverage:
Leather products have a 1-year warranty;
Hardware components other than the functional iron frame have a 1-year warranty (including function switches, hinges, gas springs, rails, audio equipment, etc.), batteries have a 1-year warranty, and motors have a 3-year warranty;
Manual functional iron frames for sofas have a 5-year warranty, and electric functional frames have a 3-year warranty;
Wooden frames (sofa frames) have a 5-year warranty;
Auxiliary materials have a 1-year warranty;
